The Cottage

General information

• There is a LCD television (with Freeview) available at Clanaborough.
• Smoking is not allowed within the cottage.
• Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome.
  Two dog baskets (for medium sized dogs) are available in the cottage.
• Bed linen is provided and of course the beds will be all made up ready for your arrival.
• Normally we ask visitors to bring their own towels, tea towels and table clothes, however we recognise that this may not be practical e.g. if you are travelling from abroad by plane. If this is the case for you, we will be happy to provide these items for you but please let us know with plenty of time beforehand.
• Electricity is included in the rent.
• 1 hod of coal is supplied for the open fire and a basket of logs for the log burner free of charge. More can be bought from us or from local garages/shops.
• There is free unlimited wifi/broadband available in the cottage. Clanaborough is quite a long distance from the telephone exchange but we still usually have a signal strength of about xxx MB.
• The cottage has a very modern and efficient electric radiator heating system, (all electricity is included in your rent). This is pre-set to keep you warm and comfortable during your holiday. However the controls are adjustable so you can alter the temperature settings to suit your precise requirements.
